We offer free delivery on orders above PKR 6,000 and all prepaid orders, while a flat fee of PKR 250 applies to other orders. Delivery typically takes 4–5 working days, though timelines may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

Orders can be tracked via the provided tracking link. We currently deliver across Pakistan, with availability varying for remote areas. For any delivery-related queries, contact us during support hours (10:30 AM – 6:30 PM PKT)

At RBLZ, we prioritize quality. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, with conditions.

Exchanges are allowed only for size issues or damaged products, and the courier fee (PKR 550) is paid by the customer. All items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

Returns are only accepted for damaged or faulty items; personal preferences are not grounds for return. Refunds may be issued as store credit or discount coupons at RBLZ’s discretion.

To initiate a return or exchange, contact us within 7 days with your order number and relevant images/videos. Please note, all returns and exchanges are subject to inspection and approval. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
